HI Guys,
I hope someone will be able to help me.
I was trying out a program called 'FILELOCK' and having alot of problems with it.
Some of my files and now locked and I am unable to unlock them? any ideas?
When I try to unlock the folder i get the message on my mobile SE w995 - " Can not access file in diretory xxxxx - Exception Null"
If I delete the program ... will that unlock my files?
Please help as a matter of urgency as the folder contains pictures of my late father..
Thanks

Not sure what FILELOCK is. I would be tempted to make a copy of the files onto your computer (then you do have a copy elsewhere too - especially if they are important). Will the files now open on the computer?
Does the programme have a help page as such on the internet?
If no, I don't know what I would then do, but perhaps try removing the programme and hope it helps?
Sorry it's not precise information.0
