What if an ex partner wont co-sign reclaim form?
What if you seperated from your ex (not married) but the partner living in the house wanted to re-claim the PPI on the mortgage or secured loan what happens if the other partner wont sign the paperwork for the re-claim? Can they make the claim on their own or will the two signatures be required?

Does this have any bearing on when you will be paid. If interest is calculated up until 17th April, does that mean that you have to wait until then or might it get paid before. Saying that, I suppose after reading stories, that could mean 17th April 2015
