Halifax Redress from the Card, How long?

I have recently been notified that I am to be refunded PPI after a complaint was made to the Halifax.
The redress means that my Halifax Credit Card is now in credit by over a thousand pounds.
I wll not use the exact figures but these details appeared on my Statement earlier this month and the PPI refund was on my statement on the 5th March.
I was asked in my letter to contact them to let them know my Bank Account details I wanted the redress and contacted them on the 9th and gave them my details.
I appreciate it does say it can take up to 30 day to process the payment when you phone up to speak to an advisor in the recorded message.
Is it taking longer to go back in to the Account i.e. months later or is the statutory month being adhered to?
