PPI Claim and Bankruptcy

Hi All

Sorry for the newbie question but i was discharged last October from bankruptcy and i was wondering if i could claim any PPI back, I know that i might not be able to with the debt that was in with the bankruptcy but back in the early 00's i had a few loans and credit cards which i fully paid back.

Thanks in Advance :)

Any PPI paid prior to the bankruptcy you can forget. The lender can use the refund (assuming they agree with your complaint) and use it against any debt you failed to repay. They can then send any surplus above that, if any, to the OR to pass on to other creditors that lost out.

Only for any PPI mis-sold after your bankruptcy can you put a complaint in for and, if upheld, get paid out on.
