Hi there,
I have been with Gregory Pennington from 2001 till 2010 approx. I was in approx £15,000 worth of debt, this has now all been paid but I am still with them through the bank account with the Royal Bank of Scotland. I am still being charged a monthly fee is this PPI? Can I claim back from them? I dont have any of the original paperwork.
I dont have a clue how to get started! Any ideas would be great!
Has anyone else managed to claim against them?
Regards,
Lyn
