What if an ex partner wont co-sign reclaim form?

What if you seperated from your ex (not married) but the partner living in the house wanted to re-claim the PPI on the mortgage or secured loan what happens if the other partner wont sign the paperwork for the re-claim? Can they make the claim on their own or will the two signatures be required?

It is likely that you would need to both complain.
However, it is also the case that most mortgage PPI was not missold anyway. Why do you think yours was?0 -

It's not me, but a friend, her ex partner wont sign the PPI, he says its security for him if she falls behind on the payments because the DD comes out of her account. He has nothing to do with her anymore, and said he was worried incase she forged his name. I know nothing about PPI iv never claimed because iv never signed up for a loan0
