Help with PPI claims
Hi, I want to claim back my PPI that I took out with my current loan from Egg back in dec 2005. I will use the templates provided and write to them but I haven't got any evidence to back up my claims that I was mis sold this ridiculous policy over the phone? Is this normal and if not what can I do about this?
