Reclaiming PPI

Want to try and reclaim my PPI but can anyone tell me - should I contact the credit card provider that I have my credit card with or the PPI provider who the credit card company use?

Hello and welcome.;)

You write to the ones that arranged and sold you the Credit card/PPI.

With your reasons you have for being mis sold, you write them, and they have 8 weeks, below is a link to reclaiming ppi with a checklist of mis selling reasons, and templates etc, keep at them until they resolve or until they issue you with the final decision, where they should also enclose details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS), you can take your complaint to them if your not happy with the outcome.

Do not worry about writing the amounts down through.
