missold ppi from black horse finance

Hi guy i hope you can help. Using this site i have contacted Blackhorse who my car loan is with. The first letter has gone and i have a reponce that i need help with. They have said they are refuring my complaint to the car people as they where the once that sold me the insurance.
Should i just wait to get a responce from the car people or should i send the second letter from here.
Please help a very nieve person

Hi there and welcome.;)

They were correct to do this, as its the ones that arranged and sold you the finance is the ones to write to.
You can wait for the full 8 weeks if you want to, or even send a copy of the letter you originally sent to the other, just to cover this if you want to, just to be sure.
