welcome finance ppi reclaim problem

i perchased a loan in 2006 december from welcome finance (silly me) and it finishes this december. i wana reclaim the ppi back which was £50 a month extra which they said i had to have but when they sent me the forms out i ticked the ppi bit on the form and signed it. so were do i stand? i will scan the letter tomorrow just show you.

Not to worry, the main have us have been there.
And with the forms to sign, this is normal as well, this does not mean you have not been mis sold, there are many reasons why you could have still been mis sold the policy.
Below there is a link to useful information, and guidelines of reclaiming, with also a check list of mis selling reasons and reclaim letter templates, you can use the templates if you want to or as a guide.

Do not worry about writing the amounts down, and you actually write to the ones that arranged and sold you the finance.
Write to them with your reasons, they have 8 weeks in full to respond, post by recorded delivery - this is your proof of posting.
Keep at them until they resolve/uphold in your favour, or until they issue you with the final response, which should also include details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS), where you can take your complaint to these if your not happy with the outcome by completing the FOS complaint form.
