I sent off my PPI claim letter, I have today rec'd a response from YB in the form of a Payment Protection Insurance Questionaire! They are asking for the form to be completed and sent back within 10 days. Has anyone had a similar experience, do I need to complete this, is it a good thing or a bad thing. Any help…

Can I claim if im in an iva?
Im in IVA which the company I want to claim against is part of. Can I still claim my ppi back even if the company is in the IVA or will they get funny and start requesting to finish the iva early etc? I dont want to send a letter off until I know what the consequences are. Can anyone help? Lou

I sent letter for refund because i didn't know i was paying it. Has anyone had any problem getting your ppi back on your barclays credit card? I got a letter today saying they will refund me the charges (167, about time) but haven't heard about the ppi yet.:confused: Has anyone have any problems getting the ppi back?
