I sent off my PPI claim letter, I have today rec'd a response from YB in the form of a Payment Protection Insurance Questionaire! They are asking for the form to be completed and sent back within 10 days. Has anyone had a similar experience, do I need to complete this, is it a good thing or a bad thing.

Any help appreciated.

Hi there

This seems to be the norm now with most banks, when you try to reclaim they do seem to be sending out these quesionnaires.
If you taken this out longer than 5/6 years ago, they may not longer hold all the information, so this is why they may be requesting for this.

However, you could complete to the best of your knowledge, and also write to them to tell them to refer to your letter as well that they already received.
They still have 8 weeks as from the date of your letter, or from when they received this.;)
