Claiming missold ppi from Barclays

Hi guys

has anyone had any luck claiming missold ppi from Barclays Bank? I am going to have a go! Does anyone know where to send the claim letter??

Yes there have been much success, when you have time, check the above success threads out, you should find more details on there.

Good Morning, just like to share that with Martin and this sites help I have successfully claimed back £5000!!! from Barclays Bank and I only sent the letter in Jan 10 so it was a very quick turnaround

Full PPI premium refund plus interest plus the 8% interest in premiums

Make sure that each letter you send is sent by recorded post, this will mean that you have proof ( If needed ) that it was received ( This can be checked via Post Office Track & Trace Service )

Hello all , new to this form

sent the templete out to Barclays over a week ago . Got a letter today stating that i need to fill out a questionnaire in order to assist with their investigations furthers.

The questinnaire askS how it a purchases the ppi. To tell you the truth i can not remember.

Should i in fact be filling out this questionnaire anyway, as the letter that i sent stated the reason why i fill it was missold.


As any one had any experience of this?

I just completed mine with Barclays - sent the letter recorded delivery to the branch which holds my account. It took 6 weeks one letter sent and got over 1300 back. Do it!
