can i claim ppi an bank charges even though they have clozed my accounts now

as above is it possible for me to reclaim the charges and fees incurred with verious loans and credit cards which eventually became to much for me and im thinking of going for insolvency

although they closed my accounts and im getting the debt collector letters , they still charged me and seriously helped me on my way down

Yes you can still reclaim.

amazing those charges which turned out to be what crippled my current account where all my direct debits came from and then they all bounced and has now put me in serious debt for the last 2 years

i will have a stab at the forms later see how it goes

even if i got some back it would be money i could pay back to my debt if i cant get a decent insolvent deal
