Freedom Finance - So confused

hi just a quick question claiming against these regarding ppi they sold to us for G E Money, this loan was paid off , I have just spoken to GE about the redemption figures and they have told me that the ppi is still live - This really threw me as as far as we were aware that everything got paid off. No one told us we had to cancel the policy if we paid off early so for the last 5 years we have had a live ppi policy against nothing....GE said to speak to Freedom and see what they say...really confused now... Pls help...:eek:

I would also ask they they you a written breakdown of this as well, as you were not aware of this, then I'm sure you should be entitled to complain and reclaim on this.

Hopefully someone will come along and post some advice on this for you soon, good luck.;)
