I have sent a request for a copy of policy, terms and conditions using the template letter. But have had no reply sent 12/10/12. Can any one tell me what to do next. Reverse Situation
I've just switched bank accounts and managed to close my old account before paying outstanding charges :T So the question is, given that AFAIK the unfair charges issue is on hold rather than resolved, can I ignore an attempt from the bank to enforce these charges and insist that the bank proves they are fair?
