Bank Charges

Hi Can anyone tell me if I can still reclaim my bank charges???? Only I'm not sure if I can. They are causing me hardship so I feel I should be able too. But I really don't know if I have missed that boat or not.

Hardship would be, behind on some payments and after all "reasonable" expenses going out against your income you would be near the breadline. Is this the case for you?0
