I have sent a request for a copy of policy, terms and conditions using the template letter. But have had no reply sent 12/10/12. Can any one tell me what to do next. I enclosed my £1 cheque, and as the letter says please reply within 12 days i thought i might of had a reply.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

What type of contract are you asking for details on?Can any one tell me what to do next. I enclosed my £1 cheque, and as the letter says please reply within 12 days i thought i might of had a reply.
The £1 method does not apply to insurance. It only applies to debts regulated under the consumer credit act and debts that have not been repaid yet (so it doesnt apply to repaid loans or closed credit card accounts). Thanks in advance for any advice.

Sorry, this is a store card that was taken with G.E. Capital some years ago and is still current. And has account cover premium which was not asked for. Although the balance is zero. And i understand that G.E has been taken over by Santander Cards. So trying to claim back charges.
