Capital One One Charge Refunded

I currently have a Credit Card with Capital One which I have had since May 2009

For the first time middle of September I received a overlimit fee and also one at the end of October. 12 pounds each totalling 24

I sent them a message via the internet asking if they could refund the two overlimit fees. They have refunded one which they say will be in my November statement, this is a good will gesture they say
My question is should I push for the other one to be refunded or should I leave it there?

Last we heard was that the FOS have had the majority of providers justify their £12 charge. So, you are effectively reliant on the goodwill of Cap One and your ability to persuade them to do both.

I have just emailed Capital One at one last attempt to see if they will refund both credit limit fees/charges I received

I guess having one refunded is great and perhaps should be grateful at that
