After completing my degree I owned about £900 on an student overdraft which was in 2007. The years interest free revoked around 2008. I had difficulty paying it and it just span out of control with charges finally taking the amount which I still owe to £1325. This now is passed onto a collection agency which are arranging paying of in smaller amounts monthly.
At the moment I'm working full time but still in debt, after looking at Martin's guide I would class myself as problem debts... What I want to know is, will it be worth going for the Bank Charge reclaim as I'm not in debt crisis. Sorry if I have not given enough information, please ask and I will reply.
