3 PPI Claims = ALL REFUSED

Hi there,

I am new to this forum and thought I would join as I am in dispair at the moment.:(

I put in 3 PPI claims for 3 different accounts and all have been refused.

I just get that generated letter that they do not see any reason that PPI was mis sold to me  in the first place.

Do I just take this lying down or do I find the little energy I have to fight for this and take it to the Financial Ob... I do not have much paperwork though that is my prob, I am a fan of shredding :p

The worse part with one of them is a halifax credit card.... I went into a debt management plan a year back and basically been slowly chipping away at the balance due for the past year.. (paid circa £800) it only came to my attention last month that I had been paying PPI payments each month which knocked my payments out  and so I claimed at this point as I had no idea this was happened... surely being in a DMP they would stop charging someone PPI (EVEN though I had no idea I was paying this in the first place) but surely they would have seen this and stopped charging PPI payments to a customer in a DMP who they know is struggling, does not need the card anymore, its not been used for over a year and is just trying to pay off the balance.... anyway even after the refused claim I sent a letter to them saying can they at least refund me from the point of me being in a DMP so that the money I have paid off (800) is not completely lost and I am at square one again!! ..... guess what NO!! refused again!! how can they be so heartless... please can someone advise me as I am so upset to know what to do or do I even bother fighting anymore. The ppi payments have now stopped as they kindly advised me.

I only knew I had PPI as they sent me a PPI annual review letter! something I had never received before!!..... FUNNY THAT!!!!:mad:

What if I request a copy of my application form? will they send this to me?

CONFUSED........ HELP PLEASE!! :)

You havent told he what your reasons for complaint were and what evidence you have to support the reasons. We need to know to offer opinion.

A DMP doesnt mean the creditor has to stop interest, charges or even PPI. You are relying on their goodwill.

    Perhaps they weren't mis-sold?
