i recieved a letter today from hsbc after sending off my claim for a refund on charges. basically the letter stated they didnt think the charges were unfair and that they wont do anything until the outcome of the court case and that my complaint had been logged. What shall i do now?

Leaving bank but want to claim back charges
Hi I want to leave my bank (and have already set up a new account elsewhere), but can I still claim the charges - and would they be paid to me, even if I were no longer with that bank? State of play with reclaiming bank charges
Can anyone advise me what the current state of play is with regards to reclaiming bank charges. I successfully claimed mine back from Halifax in 2007 but my husband has 2 accounts with Nationwide. At the time we did not think to reclaim his but he mentioned about doing this a few days ago. Can they still be reclaimed back?
