Halifax not supplying requested data

Hi all,
Have a overdraft, loan and credit card with halifax and was adviced that I could send one £10 payment to cover getting all my bank and credit card charges as well as my copy agreements with original terms and conditions. Also requested an hardship form to claim back charges now.
Have receaved statements relating to the three accounts but no copy agreements or hardship form.
Was I legally right to send this as one request or should it have been as two requests?
Have Halifax now commited an offence by not supplying the full information (21 days have passed)
What action should I take next.

They did the same to me, you complain to the FOS and also complain like mad to Halifax, eventually got all my info but it is a nightmare getting the charges back, some people have been lucky though.

I had the same problem with the Halifax.......after a lot of complaining (including going into branch and stamping feet) I finally got my information and then battled them for the charges refunding.....I think I would still be fighting them if they hadn't fraudulently taken £300 of my money and given it to someone else!! I got them bang to rights for that one and they paid me all of my bank charges back as a 'goodwill gesture' as way of an apology for letting someone else into my account.

Keep complaining! It's the only thing that worked and as I said, I think I would still be battling them (which to be fair I will soon as I have another lot of charges to request back) had they not given someone else access to my account!
