just got an offer from Capital One, after taking to FOS.. all done myself, with a little help from MSE - letter tenplates etc.
Seeing a few posts form people that have used / considering using 3rd party to do just the same, but having to pay them a massive cut of any payout, makes me sad-
you lose control of your finances, cant guide the claim as needed, and also lose out on the full ££ that YOU are due back.
dont give these people another penny!
