Help needed - claiming against 2 creation accounts

hi ive just received my statements for 2 store cards i have with creation financial services. I have written all charges from both accounts onto two separate worksheets in excel calculating the 8% interest (i know this can only be claimed if reaches court). My question is do i need to keep the accounts separate when claiming on do i simply add all charges together? Account number 1 i have £740 in charges and account number 2 i have £907 in charges. I am about to send my Preliminary letter but like i said im not sure if i am required to send 2 Preliminary letters (one for each account), or just the one letter? thanks
