Hi all,
I am really stuck and confused and looking for some serious help from you guys.
I had a bussiness account the n/w which is now closed i have recieved 6 years statements from them i did all the calculations and sent out all the various letters to which i got no joy then i submitted the case to court and paid the relevent fee to which i got a reply back from the bank saying the case was on hold until the outcome of the test case.Now what i need to know is should i continue with my case (as it is a bussiness account) or do i have to wait until the out come of the test case.
Please note all this happened about 8/10 months ago
