what bank charges can i claim for?

If anyone can help me i would apreciate it hugely! i have been charged the following charges
:- overdraft usage fees
unpaid standing order fees
overdraft excess fees
unpaid direct debit fees
unpaid loan fees
unpaid cheque fees
unplanned overdraft fees
returned direct debit fees
does anyone know exactly what i can claim back? PLEASE HELP

    i believe its all of them but at the moment you cant claim them back unless your in real hardship as theres been a stop put on claims by the high court while the banks appeal the original deciscion unfortunatly some banks are using this to advantage and charging well over the stated 35 pound charges mapped out in the terms and conditions you can put the claim in but dont expect them to do anything for 6 months or more

  • thankyou for your help james ! Im in hardship as the bank i owe these charges to want to take me to court to get this money! IT SEEMS VERY WRONG THAT THE MONEY THEY WANT TO TAKE ME TO COURT OVER WAS UNFAIR BANK CHARGES! ANY ADVICE?

    im not sure that counts under the hardship if you have alook under here http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/oft-bank-charges#hardship
    it explains the whole thing to you how long ahve you had them outstanding because it would take them a while to take you to court they have to send it to a debt collection agency first

    Keep in the black. I never pay bank charges because I keep a very close check on my account. Print a mini statement on a weekly basis and also check balance over phone.
