Claiming Bank Charges on behalf a deceassed spouse
Can anyone help! I woudl like to claim bank charges back on behalf of my brother, his wife passed away last year and looking back at her statements she had many charges, can he claim for these? Her account has since been closed. Any advice woudl be appreciated:wink:
