Help before Im submerged under a mountain of paper

Can someone give me good advice help or guide me where to go now heres the story
I had overdraft with Nasty Westy went over it clobbered so much so that had £4200 yes £4200 worth of charges in 3 months .Debt was £3600 as I had overdraft of £600 if you deduct the £4200 in their charges I was actually within facility etc Nasty Westy bounced cheques , wrote nasty letters phoned me at home work mobile etc employed debt collectors said I committed fraud employed people to get my credit card back etc They loaded defaults for the £3600 and also for a loan with them of around £14000 so I coudlnt pay in for my loan as I had to find £3600 to get in credit first which I didnt have .
I took them to court for the charges , illegal defaults and damage to reputation and on another issue as they credited my account the year before with £52 when I actually paid in £5200 to a credit card so I claimed for loss of business as this was for my business the rest personal .
Anyway Nasty Westy paid back the £4200 BEFORE allocation hearing but refused to do anything about the rest apart from offer me £250 for the cheque error .
so the rest was to go to court before court date reached it was stayed due to OFT case .
Since then because of defaults I have not been able to get a cheque card with any other bank unable to open new bank account with normal facilities unable to get credit card unable to get loan or even switch my mortgage to another lender to thre bad credit history . I have been also unable to get another job I wanted to change because of this as I am in Finance Industry myself so my life has been hell .
I have heard that as the default initial one for £3600 is made up of £4200 in charges it is illegal and therefore I am entitled to its removal and compensation for its wrongness to tHe sum of tHe default plus £1000 and case law backs that up ???? furthermore there would have been no neeed to default me for the loan if they hadnt levied the charges of £4200 so in effecT I might be able to counter claim for this amount plus £1000 too ?
The reason i ask is the case is stayed with the sums I started to claim being around £1000 plus £2000 of loss of busioness re mistake re processing of cheque . However I feel now I should amend my particulars of claim with a higher sum due to the above hardship .
Furthermore Nasty Westy Solicitors have now issued a summons for £18000 for repayment of all debts ... my view is I may have a claim for illegal defaults etc in excess of this amounts and should I therefore either counterclaim when I acknowledge the claim or acknowledge and amend my particulars of claim already stayed because fo the oft case to reflect the larger amount I think I shoudl reclaim ?
this is a big claim against me and I dont really know what to do and any help advice or pointing in te right direction you can do will be very helpful to me . If you have any questions please let me know as Im in strssful situation and have done what i thought is best but my thoughts were Nasty wouldnt remove defaults or pay out on the others so I wouldnt pay them anything yet they have issued a new claim even though my claim against them isnt sorted yet .
regards Gaz
