:mad: :mad: I have just looked for the site which was dealing with my claim and its gone:eek: what should i do ? I was told to wait 6 months for them to help I sent them the correct statements and everything!!!!

they had asked for ten pounds or my statements and as i had my statements i sent them recorded delievery0

No % of the charge you got back (if any)?
I would be more worried that they had my bank statements.
