hi
i have no idea if im in the right place to ask this question, i saw that in scotland for that reclaiming of charges for bank charges in scotland can be upto 5 years, i was overdrawn as a student, and even when i stopped using the account and tried to pay as much as i could back, the bank of scotland kept adding on charges, and over time charged me over £1500 i think in charges, which about 3 years ago i paid in full is this the sort of thing they are meaning i can claim back or am i to late,
