My claim started (£4000+)

Options
Having folowed what happening in the news and almost crying every month after seeing my (un authorised overdraft) charges iv come to a desicion. enough is enough. ive been with Halifax for 4 years now with an overdraft of £250.

all my charges are due to small purchaces in corner shops (£3-£20) here and there, iv been told this is due to the money being spent in the shops dose not go through for up to 5 working days and in the mean time i still think i have money so spend more and get hit by charges! this month alone ive got 10:eek: charges! (£35 a time!) and this has been going on for months.

ive claimed my full list for bank charges for the past 6 years (cost me £5) by ringing up the bank and asking.

and doing a quick calculation in my head befor sein the full list i recon its around £4000 interest free. and thats over 3 years.

its so disheartening and extreemly dificult, i have rent on the 28th of this month + £380 woth of charges by the 28th and im worryed i will miss my rent. i earn £956 a month and ive recently upped my over draft to £550 because of these charges.

im hoping by following the instructions on this website i can clear it all!

i have NO outgoings. only rent on standing order. my other utility bills are payed for using key cards.

thank you for the advice on this website and im hopefull to get this sorted soon.
