OK I understand that although there has been a semi vicktory today we still all have a long way to go. My question is this If/when the floodgates open how will this stand with the FOS? I put in a complaint last May/June? which was put on hold because of the test case. Now if we get the go ahead eventually will my claim be backdated from then or from when we get the go ahead?
