Reclaiming help please!

Can anyone help me?

I started reclaiming last year, and eventually the bank offered me £75 of the £540 i was asking for, but at the time they offered this it had all just gone to court and everyone's claims were put on hold, i discovered a few days later they had already put the money in my account, i didn't sign anything to agree on my part that i had accepted. I didn't pursue simply because of the hold and didn't think i would get very far until a verdict was given......however i didn't realise it would take this long and now im worried iv left it too late.
They have since charged a total of around £80 (due to an error on there part which of course they will never own up to) so i want this back aswell!
Have i left it too late??
