I was in the process of claimimg my bank charges back when the bank's debt collectors contacted me and advised if the overdraft was not repaid they would issue me with a default I advised them I was going through the process of claiming these monies back and they said they were not interested and just wanted to know how I would pay the money back. I now have to pay the over draft back at £50.00 per week. Has anyone else had these problems.

i dont think a default notice would affect charges claim..? best keep up the normal payments though..Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
