Several Accounts With Same Bank
I cannot find this in the forum: if i want to reclaim for charges with same bank company e.g. 1. current account 2. credit card 3. loan account Do I have to send 3 x £10 or 1 x £10 and designate 3 account numbers? Sorry if this has been covered - have looked but cannot find. Want to send asap. thanks.

types of charges? DD charges?
I have a list of the charges from my back, some are £30 for being over drawn, and some are about £15 for the Direct Debits that didnt clear. Can I claim all of the charges or just the overdrawn ones? I am not sure which is which, as they all just say charge next to them.
