Hi guys,
Brief history - started in January, got my statments and asked for my money bank, they declined as usual. Then i filed a MCOL after a few months and they paid about half? I can't really be bothered to carry on the fight it's been long and not greats amount of money. Then the other day i received a court date in a early september and a little scared that ill pay lots of money etc.
So is there any point carrying on? i've come quite far but pretty tired of the whole process and pretty sure they won't back down and ill lose even more money?
thanks for any thoughts or suggestions!

Hi I've just posted about Barclays as well. Seems you're a bit further on than me. Have they offered half of the amount with or without interest?
I think the process is dragged out somewhat deliberately to make you get fed up with it. It seems that if you thought it was worth taking that step further then it probably was and hopefully they will settle out of court the day or 2 before your date. Good luck!!0 -
Anyone know up until what date can i cancel the court proceedings? and is it easy enough done??
