HMCS - Help needed!!

Hi

We're a bit confused here and were hoping someone might be able to help!

We've gone through the court process, and Lloyds TSB failed to submit a defence. We've now received a letter from HMCS today stating that they've returned our judgement registration as they need to query an aspect of the information we supplied.

The reason they've given is that they are unable to register a limited company/firm, and have asked us to advise if the judgment relates to -
a) Limited company trading as a firm
b) Joint judgment against limited company and firm
c) Firm only
d) Limited company only
e) Firm part of address for limited company eg accountants or solicitors
f) Other - please specify.

What do we need to do? We used our local branch address all the way through this, but does this mean that they need the registered address, or have we messed up somewhere?

We put Lloyds TSB Bank plc, as per the letters we've received.

It depends how the claim was issued. This form has been returned from the Register of Judgment, Orders and Fines (which is where we send all out judgments to be registered.) It wont affect your judgment it just means that it cant be registered against the company in its present state.
