Wrong daily rate on MCOL claim affecting my case?
I mistakenly entered 2% as a daily interest up to date of judgment instead of 0.02%. Have already received a reply from the bank that they will defend the the whole claim and have till beginning of August to prepare their defence. Can I still make a correction on my MCOL claim form? :confused:

Have I done my claim wrong
Because in the letters I sent I asked for overdraft interest - will I have to resend the letters before doing MCOL? Interest charges from the 9th march 06 - 11th june 07 were the reasons why I went in to an unauthorized o/d.
