I have had an offer from my bank. The wording is "full and final" in the bit i have to sign and return to them. Does this mean that i cant ever complain about the new charges that they have put onto my account in the last few weeks since my original complaint?
thanks

Just cross out the bit that says "full and final" then sign it and send it back. You dont have to accept their conditions, they will still pay out, you are then free to claim back other charges that have been put onto your account0
