Hi all, any help or guidance would be appreciated please. After following the guides on here and using template letters, i've filed with MCOL~SCAM were quick to defend within a couple of days in fact, on the 29th JUNE i received notice of transfer of proceedings to my local court (KIDDERMINSTER) "THE FILING OF AN ALLOCATION QUESTIONNAIRE BE DISPENSED WITH IN THIS CASE UNLESS THE DISTRICT JUDGE AT THE COURT OF TRANSFER ORDERS OTHERWISE"so, does this mean that i wont be need needing to fill out an allocation questionairre? Also, i've searched the transfer notice and also SCAMS defence and cant find a date for the court case.........should i ring the court to find out whats happening as 11days have passed since i had notice of transfer?AAAGGGHHH i'm bricking it, cant believe the amount of friends that i've encouraged to do this since i started mine back in january and theyve had pay outs without reaching MCOL yet mine for £1110 looks like its going to go all the way to court *breathes into paper bag* help!!!!!!!
