Bank Charges Repayment If Owe Bank?

I am no longer an account holder of my bank as they have stopped my account. I did have a loan with them but failed to keep up my regular payments, I currently own them £2,500.
However, I have gone through the process of reclaiming my bank charges, which I was hoping to pay them back with this amount, totalling £4,300. The bank have failed to get in touch with me regarding this so I am therefore at the stage to take court action.
Do you think I would still win the case given my circumstance i.e. I owe them money?

You owing them money will not influence the outcome of the court case, but they will offset reclaimed charges against any money you owe.Reclaimed thanks to this site:
