I won my case for £3175.00
I receieved a letter saying it would be put into my account within five working days.
It was , and they took £600.00 out which was my overdraft amount and I had a credit card bill with them of £300 which they said they have put into the hands of a debt collector.

But they have closed my account before i can get my money.
I won through court they never defended.I rang the court and they said I need to sort it out with the bank.
I want to continue with court i.e.send in the balliffs.
They closed my account,so for me to get the money now they will surely have to reopen it to pay me.
Could they send it out by cheque then close my account.before cashing it
I want to cash my cheque at the said bank as I am moving abroad and do not want to open another account.

Please help

It's generally not a good idea to estimate. How will you provide evidence of the charges? You should follow the procedure for obtaining a list of charges and follow it up with the Ombudsman if they don't comply.

You may be lucky with your case but it sounds like the bank solicitors have already cottoned on to the fact you have estimated. You may have no option but to drop the claim and start again.

Is this the same claim that you posted about regarding a debt situation?
