    exactly what have you sent??
  • I printed off the templates from this money saving site and went from there they did respond saying that they were sorry that I felt the way I did but the charges on my account were not defult charges just normal charges (if that makes sense) so I did some more investigating to only find out I can still go ahead and claim so I sent another letter stating that yes I can claim back what they have unlawfully took plus I had an account that wasfor my bills but my husbands wages were being messedabout by his employer soI cancelled all direct debits until his wages were sorted out contacted allthe companies to put them in the picture and Lloyds took it upon themselves without asking me took an overdraft and 370 pounds just for their charges which has just crippled me and I am losing my rag so quickly over this and I need help
  • plus this is the first time on this forum and i also think i may have undercharged for my charges, can any help on that aswell like adding the interest etc... do i just add up all the charges that have been made on my account and then add interest???

Hi bugsbunny, I know at this point you probably don't feel like sitting for half an hour solid and reading about what's causing you real upset, but it is REALLY vital you read all the way through Martin's advice on this : http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/bank-charges
follow this link and read through it carefully, this is not waffle by the way, I have just received my cheque from the RBS two days ago after going all the way to issuing court proceedings and having them say they would defend it. When I didn't back down (because of the support and information from everyone on this site) THEY PAID OUT - HOORAH!!!! Just have the patience and the determination to follow Martin's advice to the letter and you WILL win. Good luck and remember, there are far more people with you in this than the banks dare admit
