lol start brickin it now...narr just jokin :p , sit back an take a deeeep breath and laugh about it...You will receive directions (hopefully) shortly from your court of transfer, usually it justs asks you to submit evidence of your claim..i.e schedule of charges, how it was calculated etc..and.or documents to support your claim..i.e..statements, your letters and responses from bank..
you can then amend any errors you have made providing you can submit proof of error as to why error occurred.

solicitors advice....Do Not Quote Law if you dont understand it...simmo i would basically go on CAG site and download all the payouts that has been settled without the defendant turning up...I wouldnt go quoting those pages, I know what ones you are talking about I also printed them off, but they are not your case or anyone elses and the judge will also point out that your case is individual to you.

Its not confusing...you basically need a spreadsheet of charges...we need to know more about your claim, exactly what are you claiming for? interest? etc.

WE?? are you out to get me :)

i got a spreadsheet of charges ready including interested etc, used the caluculator on here and printed it,

so all i need is all the corrospondence, all my charge statements, my spreadsheet with the interest on there and then all that stuff from CAD.

do i need to write a statement why i am claiming back?
    what will the judge ask?
do i have to quote the law for claiming it back?

    bricking it now :)

that shoud already be in your templates for getting your charges in first place...your already quoting law....and yes you are right on rest of it...but do re-check the reclaim help thread on court bundle it tells you everything you need to send...
