i read that alot of people are confused too

i will read all of it and pick bits out. get it all together. still dont know what i am gonna say when i get there.

is it basically something allong the lines of "i think the charges are not lawfull as they do not reflect the true cost of administration etc"

anyone in the wiltshire area wanna come to court
