I've got a date for my court hearing
Am now scared officially!!! I had a letter this morning with the date for the court case for claiming back charges. It said a number of these cases are being held at the same appointment....I'm not sure if this is good news or bad - anyone else had this?? :confused:

Barclays have just taken over Woolich account, Can I reclaim Charges
Barclays have just taken over my Woolich Openplan account, which i have had for well over 10years, and was very happy with!!, They have now closed the Woolich account, and transfered to a Barclays account. Can I still reclaim charges on the Woolich account, as Barclays owned Woolich for the past 2 years or so?
