how to court claim my statements

ok, ive done everything i can to get my statements from Dixons/Cetelem/Aura ( all the same account, just known as differnet people ) and i have now filed a complaint with the ICO. I know for a fact that they will not be giving up my statements FACT they were ruthless in getting payments with me to the point of harrasment, at one point harrasing me thinking i was someone else.
I would like to begin a claim in court to aquire the info i need...where do i start..this is so daunting.

Im finding this so annoying, there is a lot of advice on letters etc etc but now i have come to a Stump, i cant find any advice. I have spoken to the ICO today and they have told be that my complaint may take 14 days to 8 weeks at the latest and even then they cannnot force the company to give out the info i am requesting, they will only advice them.
Again, i cannot find anyone else who is claiming against cetelem/aura/dixons, so i have no reference as to what to do now.
How can i a list of these charges, do i have to take them to court for them...can i claim damages in stress and time wasted...or shall i send a leter threataning court action?

Please somebody, any advice will be excellent as my other 2 claims are going ok.

OMG thank you mrskaz, so its not just me cetelem are scum of the earth lowest of the low, it looks like im gonna have to take them to court for my SAR.

an update with these b`stards, spoke to ICO today, they recomend i wait for there report back to me about there response to cetelem if all my paperwork adds up....if i get no response they can supply me with info i can use in court if and when i want to pursue Cetelem in court that is. I have copies of signed deliverys to them, i know have a copy of the cheque they cashed, i have copys of the second letter i sent them...and if i can get a copy of the info on the reccomendations the ICO gave to them, i will blow these guys away in court.
