Bank charges seemed to have mysteriously dissapeared

My brother sent a claim through Bank Complaints ltd for Natwest charges which he was sometimes paying over £100 per month in fees but the company has received his statements back saying there appears to be no charges listed on them. My brother is furious. Can Natwest delete charges from these statements before sending them out to get out of paying. Any advice appreciated.

Yes, this can happen but as your brother is employing someone to do this claim for him, it is up to them to get the correct information/statements.
