PLEASE TELL ME IF I HAVE TO START THE PROCESS OVER AGAIN AS I SENT MY FIRST LETTER TO Lloyds TSB ORDINARY POST,AND I TOLD THEM TO CHARGE THE TEN POUNDS TO MY ACCOUNT,WILL THEY ACCEPT THAT OR NOT,

i would send one recorded delivery to head office/customer relations dept or hand it in personally at local branch use one of both ways as you can get confirmation they have signed for it
i would also check to see if they have took the ten pound s out of your account if they have go to branch and complain nicely that they have took money from account but no action and that you would like them to ring them up and ask for charges to be email or faxed to branch for the inconvenience caused to you.
i would put a cheque in letter as well as opposed to asking them to debit from account, if you send letter normally there is a chance they ll say they didnt receive it, to prolong your claim or fob you off
